Booking, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy -

To confirm your expedition with Enfield Tours India, the total tour cost is structured into the following milestone payments:

  • Initial Booking Deposit: USD 100 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. This initial deposit is non-refundable but fully transferable to any future Enfield Tours India expedition within 12 months.

  • Second Milestone Payment: USD 500 per person is due exactly one month (30 days) after your initial booking date.

  • Final Balance: The remaining balance of the tour cost must be paid in full upon your arrival, prior to the official start of the tour.

Refund & Cancellation Policy -

  • Force Majeure: If the tour, or any part of it, cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure, Vis Majeure (acts of God, natural disasters, political instability, etc.), Enfield Tours India shall not be held liable for refunds. However, at its sole discretion, the Company may evaluate refunds based on supplier cancellation policies (hotels, transport, etc.). The Company's decision on the refund quantum is final. Approved refunds require 15 to 45 days to process.

  • Unutilized Services: There is strictly no refund for any unutilized services—including but not limited to hotels, sightseeing, rides, meals, entrance fees, transport, or optional tours, if a client chooses not to, or cannot, utilize them for any reason whatsoever.

  • No Show: Failure to reach the commencement point due to flight delays, lost baggage, or missing travel documents will be treated as a "No Show," and 100% cancellation charges will apply.

  • Partial Utilization: Utilizing pre-tour services or promotional air tickets but failing to join the main tour will be classified as a "No Show," and no refunds will be granted for any part of the package.
